Can I reserve without knowing my exact boot model?
Yes. Tell us your normal footwear size, but the final mountaineering-boot model and size depend on fitting. Compatible crampons are checked against the actual boots.
Can I collect equipment without contacting the shop first?
The shop is open daily, but advance contact is strongly recommended because sizes and stock can change. A calculator estimate is not an availability confirmation.
