Your measurements
Enter real measurements, not guesses. The exact mountaineering-boot model is confirmed after fitting; for remote north, east and west programs the team may carry additional sizes.
How to measure and choose a rental size →The calculator list is not an automatic reservation. We confirm availability, sizes, dates, final price and payment terms in writing. At collection, we complete a rental agreement and an issued-item record.
Rental rules, documents and deposit values →This is a planning estimate. Route, season, forecast, the current program and your guide determine the final equipment list. Sizes, stock, deposit and final amount are confirmed before collection.
How the final Mount Elbrus rental amount works
The displayed rate is the base price for one item for one calendar rental day. The calculator applies the documented winter discount from four days or for more than four complete sets; winter discounts do not stack. It does not invent a summer discount.
Mountain Guide program clients receive 15% off rental prices after eligibility is confirmed. Guides, companies, Masters of Sport and Candidates for Master of Sport in mountaineering can request individual professional terms. These conditions are confirmed before payment rather than assumed by the calculator.
The final amount can change if the equipment list, quantity or rental period changes. Availability and the required deposit are confirmed by the ElbrusRental team.
Estimate first, then confirm the real rental
A daily catalogue rate becomes useful only when it is attached to the correct dates, quantities, sizes and confirmed availability.
Use the live list, not an old screenshot
The English site displays current daily prices in US dollars. Base prices and exchange-rate inputs can change, so an old article, message or cached result is not a quotation.
Open this page immediately before building the request and keep the exported calculator list with the date on which it was prepared.
Enter collection and return dates
The rental period follows the agreed issue and return arrangement, not only the number of active climbing or skiing days. If a program may extend, ask how additional days are handled.
The calculator applies the current longer-rental rule automatically. It still does not reserve the equipment.
Price and reservation are separate
An item can remain visible in the catalogue while a particular size or quantity is unavailable for the requested dates. Send the completed list and wait for the team to confirm it.
If a substitute is offered, check its fit, compatibility and price. A guide-required item should not be replaced without the guide’s approval.
Confirm the current rental conditions
A deposit may depend on the equipment and current shop policy. Confirm the amount or method, accepted form, required identification and the conditions for its return.
Read the Mount Elbrus rental terms and record existing condition issues before leaving the shop.
Keep one transparent equipment estimate
Record items, quantities, daily prices, rental dates and fitted participants. Shared equipment should have a named collector; personal boots, clothing and technical equipment stay assigned individually.
Send the final list with sizes and dates. The shop then confirms availability, substitutions, deposit, collection details and the current amount.
