Summer mountaineering and winter ski rental use different hours, collection rules and discounts. Check the season that applies to your booking.

A calculator list is a request, not an automatic booking. We confirm stock, sizes, deposit and final amount before collection.

Summer · mountaineering

08:00-22:00 every day

  • Prices are per calendar rental day, not per 24-hour period.
  • The standard return deadline is 22:00.
  • Next-day equipment may be collected or reserved after 16:00.
  • If force majeure prevents a 22:00 return, return by 11:00 the next day.
  • The supplied summer rules do not document an automatic long-rental discount.
Winter · ski and snowboard

08:00-19:00 every day

  • Prices are per calendar rental day, not per 24-hour period.
  • The standard return deadline is 19:00 on the last riding day.
  • In force majeure, return clean and dry by 09:00 the next day.
  • Next-day collection after 15:00 requires full non-refundable prepayment for the following day.
  • Maximum three complete sets per one identity document.
  • 10% from four rental days or for more than four complete sets. Discounts do not stack.
Extending the rental: contact us before the current seasonal return deadline, confirm the extension and pay for the additional days. Do not simply keep the equipment without confirmation.
Before collection

Deposit and equipment check

The source rules require a passport, driving licence, or cash collateral equal to the listed replacement value. Confirm the accepted method for your booking before arrival.

Before leaving the shop, check sizes, fit, quantity, condition and every component issued with the equipment. Staff can explain available options, but the current programme, route, season, forecast and guide determine the final technical list.

The renter is financially responsible for the equipment during the rental. Existing damage should be recorded before collection.

Condition, damage and loss

Published damage charges

For unlisted damage, the rental team assesses the repair. A lost or non-repairable item is charged at purchase cost; loss of one item from a pair is charged at the purchase cost of the pair.

Summer equipment

Mountaineering and clothing

  • Mountaineering-boot gaiter tear: 500 RUB per cm.
  • Plastic-boot tongue: 500 RUB; other plastic damage: 1,000-5,000 RUB.
  • Gaiter or overboot tear: 200 RUB per cm; rivet: 300 RUB.
  • Down-jacket tear: 300 RUB per cm; repair patches from 300 to 2,000 RUB depending on size.
  • Membrane-clothing tear: 300 RUB per cm; repair patches from 200 to 800 RUB.
  • Oil or soot: down 2,000-5,000 RUB; membrane 1,000-3,000 RUB.
  • Eyewear scratch: 300-1,000 RUB; thermos cup: 500 RUB.
  • Broken or lost trekking pole: 1,500 RUB; backpack buckle: 300 RUB.
  • Gel or a cigarette left in clothing: two additional rental days.
Winter equipment

Ski and snowboard

  • Ski-boot buckle: 1,000 RUB; binding: 5,000 RUB; ski stop from 1,000 RUB.
  • Bent pole from 1,000 RUB; broken pole 1,500 RUB; pole basket 200 RUB.
  • Snowboard base damage from 2,000 RUB; gas pedal 800 RUB; binding disc 500 RUB.
  • Highback 500-2,000 RUB; buckle or short strap 1,000 RUB; long strap 1,500 RUB.
  • Base scratch 500 RUB; through-base patch 1,000-3,000 RUB.
  • Edge dent 2,000 RUB; torn edge 5,000 RUB; delamination 1,500 RUB.
  • Binding screw 200 RUB; clothing tear 300 RUB per cm.
  • Eyewear scratch: 300-1,000 RUB.
Final check: ask the team to record existing wear before you leave. Current signed rental paperwork and the confirmed issued-item list govern the individual rental.
