Sizing details for the rental team
These fields do not calculate or recommend a size on screen. If you send the Telegram request, the values are included so the rental team can prepare likely options. Final boot size, model and crampon compatibility are confirmed only after fitting.
How to measure for rental gear →Where these details goThey are copied into Telegram with the selected equipment, quantities and rental days. Entering them alone does not reserve equipment or change the price.
The calculator list is not an automatic reservation. We confirm availability, sizes, dates, final price and payment terms in writing. At collection, we complete a rental agreement and a signed list of the equipment issued.
Rental rules, documents and deposit values →This is a planning estimate. Route, season, forecast, the current program and your guide determine the final equipment list. Sizes, stock, deposit and final amount are confirmed before collection.
How the final Mount Elbrus rental amount works
The displayed rate is the base price for one item for one calendar rental day. In winter, the calculator applies one 10% discount for four days or more, or for more than four complete sets; discounts do not stack. Summer equipment has no automatic long-rental discount.
Clients of Mountain Guide LLC, a separate tour operator, receive 15% off rental prices after their program booking is confirmed. Guides, companies, Masters of Sport and Candidates for Master of Sport in mountaineering can request individual professional terms. These conditions are confirmed before payment rather than assumed by the calculator.
The final amount can change if the equipment list, quantity or rental period changes. Availability and the required deposit are confirmed by the Rock’N’Rent team.
Estimate first, then confirm the booking
A daily rate becomes a useful estimate only after you add dates, quantities and sizes and the team confirms availability.
Use the live list, not an old screenshot
The English site displays current daily prices in US dollars. Base prices and exchange rates can change, so an old article, message or saved screenshot is not a quote.
Open this page just before building your request. Keep the exported calculator list with its estimate date alongside your reservation details.
Enter collection and return dates
The rental period follows the agreed issue and return arrangement, not only the number of active climbing or skiing days. If a program may extend, ask how additional days are handled.
In winter, the calculator applies the 10% long-rental discount automatically. The estimate is still not a booking.
Price and reservation are separate
An item can remain visible in the catalog while a particular size or quantity is unavailable for the requested dates. Send the completed list and wait for the team to confirm it.
If a substitute is offered, check its fit, compatibility and price. A guide-required item should not be replaced without the guide’s approval.
Confirm the current rental conditions
The deposit amount depends on the equipment and current shop policy. Confirm the amount, how it is paid, what identification is required and the conditions for getting it back.
Read the Mount Elbrus rental terms and record any existing damage before leaving the shop.
Keep one clear equipment estimate
Record items, quantities, daily prices, rental dates and who each item was fitted for. Shared equipment should have a named collector; personal boots, clothing and technical equipment stay assigned individually.
Send the final list with sizes and dates. The shop then confirms availability, substitutions, deposit, collection details and the current amount.
